why not at least tell us what the glitches are, why the patch cannot be put through, what maintenance is being done, or at least give us something to do instead of letting us wait, or at least an estimation?
You know how many people cancelled appointments with friends and families just to play that new patch yesterday, but which still hasn't been released?
It has been 26 hours. There are many capable people outside of your company who could offer valuable help if you have any problems with the maintenance of the game.
If you could only be less arrogant and more open-minded to the opinions and suggestions of othes, you would have told us more instead of keeping us waiting and deceiving us with the lie that you could fix it when you actually couldn't.
You can at least post a thread here asking for help and i'm sure many people would volunteer to give suggestions on how to fix the problem.
Also, in the future, do not give us a promise which you are unable to keep.
This reeks of bad customer service, because we entrust our time and money to you to deliver high-quality service to us, but we are instead being lied to time and again by people who do not admit to their mistakes and yet maintain totalitarian control over the members of this forum.
